The award comes at a time when talent in the industrial sector is at a premium, and Rachel Pregnall, Key Account Manager at SolutionsPT believes that showing a consistent commitment to the development of staff and continuous improvements in the working environment are an important differentiator.

Rachel Pregnall, Key Account Relationships Manager adds, “My job includes managing our approach to the wellness of staff and it is something we take very seriously as a company. As the resident Mental Health First Aider, I work closely with every employee to understand their specific needs. Rachel is the point of contact for anyone in the company on matters relating to stress, anxiety, or a mental health issue. By having a singular point of contact, employees have access to advice, support, or just simply someone to talk to at any time. Rachel posts and follows the guidelines of ‘Actions for Happiness’ each month, a charitable initiative that offers daily activities for employees to improve their mental health. Through a combination of one-to-ones and company communications, holistic massages are regularly offered to all employees and the resident Employee Action Team frequently schedules enrichment and social activities. All of this culminates in a work environment that supports employees, providing the tools they need to achieve mental wellness.
