Representing a ‘world class’ level of engagement and support for all employees, the award reflects our commitment to a people first approach.
Coming hot on the heels of last years Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For award, which we won for a 10th year in a row, we've implemented several initiatives to promote talent in industry. The most recent innovation concerns the Apprentice Academy, which now works close with Universities and education providers to directly address the growing skills gap in the market by creating the next generation of digital transformation ambassadors.
